ABOUT US:
Meredith McKell Graff, the founder of McKELL GRAFF, PLLC, has nearly 25 years experience as an attorney in family law, estate planning, and CPS parent defense in Washington, Utah, and Texas. She has 40 years mediation experience.
Ms. Graff has experienced the trauma, cost, and potential unfairness resulting from contested family law matters first hand, prior to becoming a lawyer. In the years following that experience, she committed herself to learning how to both litigate, as well as using alternate methods of resolving disputes in order to help other people avoid situations like hers.
Today, her legal practice is limited to estate planning and parent representation in child protection court. She also mediates child protection cases prior to final hearings.
